The marina gave me a sweet little care package, complete with a single serving bottle of wine, a key holder, post card, directions, peppermint candy all in a plastic container that I am sure will come in useful for something. There is always something to be put in something else on a boat!
So, these stairs that can be moved over to the boat if the freeboard is too high to comfortably jump down to the dock. They are just another item that shows the marina is trying to get transient business. It is a popular place I am told and they certainly will have my business if I travel that river again...
